Items that have been personalized, such as custom team jerseys, or equipment that has been modified, such as sharpened skate blades, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer professional skate sharpening and profiling online?
While we provide these services in-store at our London location, online skate purchases are shipped with the manufacturer's factory edge. We recommend visiting us in-person for custom profiling.
What is your return policy for unused sports equipment?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all tags are attached and you have your original receipt or order confirmation.
How do I know if a specific hockey stick or glove is in stock?
Our website features real-time inventory tracking. If a size or hand preference is selectable, it is currently in stock at our warehouse and ready for dispatch.
